These terms are between MyMaktab (“we”, “us”) and the institution or person using this website or the MyMaktab platform (“you”). By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
MyMaktab is a web-based platform for managing enrolments, classes, attendance, communication, fees and related activities. Features available to you depend on the modules your institution subscribes to.
Accounts
Institutions are responsible for the accounts they create, the roles they assign and keeping sign-in details secure. Please tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Your data
Institutions own the information they enter into MyMaktab. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request at the end of a subscription, we will provide an export of your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access other institutions’ information or to disrupt the platform.
Fees
Subscription fees are as agreed in your quote or order. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, and may schedule maintenance with notice where practical. Support is provided through the channels listed on our Contact page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid for the affected period.
