خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ

The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it.

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 5027

Teachers should teach. Families should feel looked after.

Most maktabs run on the goodwill of a few people: an ustadh who also takes the roll, a treasurer reconciling fees at midnight, a parent volunteer answering the same WhatsApp question forty times. MyMaktab takes that administration off their shoulders so the time goes back to the Qur’an.

Everything a maktab runs on, from the first enquiry to the last invoice

Four stages every family goes through. MyMaktab handles each one, and the hand-offs between them.

    • MyChat A message inbox for every role, Admin chat oversight
    • Parent-teacher interviews Central appointment management and slot visibility, Parents book, view and manage their own bookings, Teachers manage availability and assigned conversations

The principles we build on

Amānah

Your families’ data is a trust

Children’s records, contact details and payments are held with the seriousness of an amanah. Access is role-based by design, so each person only sees what they should.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا۟ ٱلْأَمَٰنَٰتِ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهَآ

Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due.

Sūrat al-Nisāʾ 4:58

Itqān

Done properly, not just done

Every screen is built to work on the phone a parent actually has, to be readable by a grandparent, and to be fast on masjid Wi-Fi.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ إِذَا عَمِلَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَمَلًا أَنْ يُتْقِنَهُ

Allah loves that when one of you does a job, he does it with excellence.

al-Bayhaqī, Shuʿab al-Īmān

Taysīr

Make it easy for people

Fee reminders that are gentle, notices that are clear, and forms that never ask twice. Ease for families is ease for the maktab.

يَسِّرُوا وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا

Make things easy, and do not make them difficult.

Questions committees ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly

Can we start with only a few modules?

Yes. Many maktabs begin with enrolments, classes and attendance, then add fees, library or parent-teacher interviews later. The platform is modular, so you expand without moving systems.

Our classes run on different days with different levels. Does that work?

Yes. Each class carries its own schedule, level and teachers, and attendance, notices and reports follow the class.

Do parents need to install an app?

No. MyMaktab works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Parents sign in at their maktab’s own address.

Can we bring our existing student list?

Yes. Bulk import is supported, and we help you move your existing records during setup.

Who can see a child’s information?

Access is role-based. Parents see only their own children, ustadhs see their assigned classes, and finance is visible only to finance and administrators.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the modules you use and the size of your maktab. Book a demo and we will give you a clear quote.
